Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a Program Manger to come work across different teams within the engineering systems organization and help them adopt D365 customer support, a tool that can improve their internal support processes and efficiency. This is an opportunity to have the chance to introduce consistency and consolidation across the support processes of the different teams and synthesize opportunities for organizational level efficiency.

The purpose of this team is to focus on internal tooling that the teams across the organization to write code, deploy code, and manage their support processes. The team is looking to bring on a contractor who can help them with the implementation and configuration of D365 customer support, a tool that they have adopted to streamline and improve their support efficiency. This role will contribute to the implementation and configuration of D365 customer support for the engineering systems teams.

Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm:
  • Meeting with different teams across the engineering systems organization to gather requirements, understand their current support processes, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Configuring D365 customer support for the teams, setting up projects, queues, reports, escalation paths, routing rules, mailboxes, etc.
  • Establishing standard operating procedures and best practices for using D365 customer support and ensuring knowledge transfer and documentation.
  • Working across teams to introduce consistency and efficiency across the support processes, and synthesizing opportunities for consolidation.
Candidate Requirements

• 3+ overall years of experience in the field.
• Bachelors degree is required to be eligible for this role.
• 3+ years of experience with D365 implementation in the past.

Skills Required + Years of Experience
1. Minimum 3+ years experience with SME experience in implementing D365 customer support across complex organizations.
2. Minimum 3+ years experience with Experience driving initiatives to completion and delivering results across a complex organizational landscape.
3. Minimum 3+ years experience with Proven experience with technical customer support and introducing efficiency into customer support models.
