Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing our social media channels, creating engaging video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels, designing eye-catching graphics for social media use, and supporting various marketing and communications initiatives across the organization. Our platform creates awareness for those who desire support after abortion. We are non political and serve those who desire either religious, clinical or secular help.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:

    • Manage and oversee the organization’s social media channels, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with organizational goals and target audience preferences.
    • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Video Content Creation:

    • Create original, high-quality short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that resonate with our audience.
    • Edit and refine video content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
  • Graphic Design:

    • Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads.
    • Maintain consistency in visual branding across all social media platforms.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, infographics, and other visual content.
  • Marketing and Communications Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and other communication efforts.
    • Contribute to content creation for blogs, website updates, and other digital marketing channels.
    • Provide general support to the marketing team, including research, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
