Position Summary: The Media and Content Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Director of Brand Marketing and the entire marketing team in various functions. This position focuses on executing social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a dynamic social media strategy in collaboration with the Digital Media Specialist, emphasizing audience engagement and authentic storytelling.
  • Oversee the social content calendar and create detailed briefs that align with corporate goals across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with the Creative Content Team to devise content plans informed by audience insights and previous performance metrics.
  • Manage daily operations across various social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement and growth.
  • Moderate user-generated content and collaborate with channels to integrate UGC effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brand ambassadors to enhance the company's online presence and coordinate collaborative initiatives.
  • Provide tailored support to partners and ambassadors, addressing inquiries and fulfilling product requests.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for partner and ambassador programs, tracking annual allowances and product values.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and proactivity.
  • Distribute content effectively to retail locations and wholesale partners.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
  • Manage shoppable commerce platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Create compelling, brand-aligned copy that resonates with the target audience.
  • Contribute to blog content for The Southern Edit and ensure website content aligns with brand themes.
  • Collaborate with copywriting agencies to tailor messaging that reflects the lifestyle and values of Oxford Industries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation, or Community Management.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
