We are currently seeking to hire an Assistant Manager to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing sales to drive company revenue. As well as clerical work and day to day duties.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Report on team and individual performance
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new relationships with potential Customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Experience as a supervisor or manager is a plus
- Familiarity with POS, inventory and ordering systems
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to build rapport with clients
Hours and Compensation:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday we are 10am to 7pm. Saturday we are 10am to 5pm. We are closed on Sunday and Wednesday.
- $600 per Week and you get 1% of your personal sales at the end of the month. (example: If you sell $50,000 for the month you get an extra $500 at the end of the month on the next pay day)
