Join Our Team as a Senior Account Manager

LSPedia is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our high achieving team in Farmington Hills, MI. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll develop and maintain relationships with our enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role includes a sales quota, sits onsite in Farmington Hills, MI and requires approximately 30% travel for onsite account visits across the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • Grow share of wallet within assigned accounts to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Conduct onsite account visits across the US, traveling approximately 30% of the time.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account status, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Success: 5 + years of demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in B2B Enterprise SaaS, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Pharmacy industries.
  • Strategic Account Management: Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth and maximize customer value.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to SaaS solutions, with a track record of successfully selling complex products.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and address challenges effectively.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proven negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals and manage contract renewals to ensure favorable terms for both LSPedia and the customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience of enterprise sales results.
  • Experience with enterprise accounts and large-scale clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
