Job DescriptionJob Description

Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Associate supports the Sales Team by reviewing contracts, purchasing orders, non-disclosure agreements and RFP documents for terms acceptability and identify unusual or undesirable contractual obligations prior to contract acceptance. The Sales Associate will also interact directly with customers, all internal departments, as well as senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience: 3-5 years
  • Administration experience: 2-3 years
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Printed Circuit Board knowledge a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurately typing skills of 40+ wpm
  • Must possess excellent conflict resolution and decision making skills
  • A proven ability to work well in a multi-tasking, team environment

Education:

  • Degree preferred but substantial experience is adequate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise sales and management regarding terms of contracts with respect to risk, liability, and commercial terms
  • Produce accurate and timely sales reports to the department and upper management
  • Able to follow all departmental Standard Operating Procedures
  • Communicating with our customers, all internal departments and management
