Project Manager and Estimator - Corporate Office Location

We are growing  Looking for a new Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.  Are you interested in the fast paced world of industrial construction?  If so, look no further than UIG Tanks Located in East Lake Forest, CA, just off the 241 toll road. We're not just building water storage tanks; we're building a legacy of excellence, innovation, and unparalleled client satisfaction.

As a key player in our team, you'll work on large industrial water storage tank projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely estimates to clients for our tank products and services.
  • Work closely with the Field Coordination Manager and foremen to optimize crew allocation.
  • Serve as central communication with project engineers, general contractors and owners to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Provide regular updates to team members and management
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Project Management within Industrial Engineering or Construction preferred.
Project Management Skills: Experience working on long term projects from inception to completion.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills both internally and with outside clients and team members.
Analytical Skills: Experience reviewing contracts and project documents to spot risks, solve problems, and make strategic decisions that drive results.
Technology:  Drawing markups with AutoCAD a plus.  Experience with MS Office, MS Project, MS Teams.

We are located in South Orange County.  This is an in house position.  You must be able to commute to the office daily.
