Printing Project Manager

Westamerica is seeking an experienced Printing Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Project Manager we’re looking for you to bring a strong background in print and vendor management.

✅ Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate all print production and distribution of customer materials.
  • Confirm information when receiving orders, write work orders, and purchase requisitions.
  • Assist in the sales process by communicating with sales, production, and outside vendors.
  • When appropriate, advise sales and clients on the best strategies to achieve project success.
  • Collaborate with the team to help maintain an accurate project schedule.
  • Convert estimates to jobs and plan the most effective production methods.
  • Participate in daily production meetings with the team.

✅ Expectations:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the commercial litho and digital print industry.
  • Exceptional customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be reliable and a self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be organized and have the desire to perform at the highest level.
  • Meet tight deadlines while successfully executing programs.
  • Experience in estimating and Wide-Format printing is a plus.
