We are looking for a high-energy team member for the position of Bilingual Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Specialist. The team member will be responsible for the daily processing of sales orders, managing and picking products, documentation, and handling various tasks related to order fulfillment and customer service. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for processing orders and addressing customer requests. This team member should be knowledgeable in all areas of the store’s business.

THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION, NOT REMOTE.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service (e.g. answering customer questions and providing product information to our clients)
  • Processing and packing orders for shipment
  • Coordinating activities in the store
  • Handling all tasks related to the receipt and processing of materials into inventory
  • Accurately tracks inventory
  • Providing product information to customers
  • Operating a variety of equipment in the store's customer service
  • Stocking materials and Move or lift boxes up to 10 to 50 pounds
  • Quality control of products to verify conformance to quality standards
  • Deal with lose/damage and return goods if happen
  • Managing retail supply and completing assigned tasks based on priority.

Requirements:

  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to track details and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented and willing to help others to get the job done.
