Pay: $120K-$170K

Our clients are Top ENR general contractors and developers seeking talented Superintendents nationwide. They offer a competitive salary + bonus, excellent benefits, and additional perks Our client is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to travel nationwide to work on multi-family projects. The candidate can reside anywhere but must travel nationwide on projects.

 

Job Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the project manager to plan and manage construction activities, staff, and equipment.

· Oversee the construction project to ensure it meets specifications and deadlines.

· Support project manager/engineer in their duties, coordinate subcontractor activities, and maintain communication with supervisors and subcontractors.

· Prepare job progress and cost reports, review and approve requisitions and invoices.

· Keep owner and representatives informed about construction progress and conduct regular job site meetings.

· Maintain a daily diary to record significant project details and ensure adherence to the company's safety program.

 

Requirements

· 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a general contractor

· Uses of construction management software, such as Procore, MS Project, or related

· Ground-up, commercial experience in construction in wood-framed multi-family: hotels, healthcare, cold storage, pharmaceutical buildings, or clean rooms is required.

· Must have a stable work history, good tenure with references, and experience on projects valued at $80M-$100M+
