PowerPay is in search of an Account Manager (AM). Account Managers (AMs) work alongside our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to actively drive sales growth for PowerPay’s consumer finance platform within the Home Improvement verticals. A primary focus for this role will be to grow Home Improvement contractors loan volume within your assigned territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

  • Conduct monthly check-ins with dealers in assigned territory.
  • Work with our Onboarding team to successfully onboard website generated dealers
  • Train and maintain current dealers.
  • Proactively leverage reporting tools to maximize dealer performance
  • Keep accurate notes and reporting in Hubspot

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

  • Self-starter with a strong desire to be #1
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong Phone, Email, web-conferencing computer skills
