We are excited to share a new opportunity PrideStaff, a nationally recognized staffing company, is looking for an Operations Administrator to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of a financial advisory practice in the Sandy Springs / Buckhead area.  

Operations Administrator Job Duties:

Provide operational and administrative support to the executive team at a busy financial firm. Day-to-day duties entail a wide variety of responsibilities and skills, including administrative, client service, and advisor support. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with proven organizational skills, able to self-manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks, can embrace technology and the efficiencies it allows, and is a driven self-learner who is always looking to improve processes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and route phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and serve as a liaison between advisor and clients.
  • Proactive follow-up with clients to confirm account updates, paperwork, and check receipts.
  • Collect appropriate documentation to support the new client onboarding and billing process and ongoing delivery of wealth management services.
  • Review daily tasks and alerts and process accordingly.
  • Follow up with clients as necessary to make sure all paperwork is received.
  • Document all communication & interactions with clients in CRM in a timely manner.
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative and operational activities (e.g., print, scan, fax documents, filing, mailing).
  • Provide support on special projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years in client service preferred.
  • Higher education is required.  
  • Personable, responsive, engaging. 
  • Adept at self-management and problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; high degree of proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. CRM software is a plus.
  • Organized multi-tasking with the ability to work with frequent interruptions is a must.
