INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ASSOSCIATE (PART TIME - $35/HOUR)

Hey come and join us We need a part time IT Associate to join our team We are looking for a person who has experience in the IT industry, bonus if you’ve worked in the construction industry in any fashion. We have a great team, excellent management staff, and lots of great coworkers to partner with. We are looking for dependability, attention to detail and a good communicator.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems including PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches.
  • Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new equipment and software applications.
  • Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security and data protection.
  • Collaborate with IT team members and other departments to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

  • Professionalism in a team environment

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience with data processing training, computer operations training, or experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment.
  • Three to five years of related experience providing customer service in a technological environment.
  • Knowledge of a variety of hardware, software, programming languages, and operation systems.
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols and some experience with computer applications and operating systems.
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Very proficient in the English language
  • Authorized for employment in the United States (sponsorships not available)
  • Ability to work part time in office M, W, F 8am-5pm (24 hours/week) schedule details/flexibility open for discussion
