We support equal opportunity employment. We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all front & back office clinical and administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper referrals and billing procedures
  • Escort patients to exam rooms and take & record routine vital signs accurately
  • Administer various treatments, including injectables and other aesthetic treatments
  • Cleaning rooms after each patient and assisting other staff members to keep the clinic as a whole clean and in order
  • Handle phone calls, Faxes and assisting customers at POS
  • Learn and master EMR (electronic medical records) system

​Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant, recent years graduates are preferred
  • Prior experience is preferred, however if no experience, will train and teach you our system
  • Friendly and a team player to work in an Aesthetic & Wellness clinic
  • Strong organizational and team-work skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-service environment
