authentic experience Under the direction of the Quality Systems Management Team, the Quality Management Analyst I is responsible for providing project support, analytical review, program evaluation to support Quality Systems Department activities. Apply the knowledge of regulatory requirements for effective development and implementation of Quality activities in collaboration with key departments. Key Responsibilities: 1.Facilitate business processes to support regulatory reporting requirements that are supported by the Quality Systems department. This requires the ability to quickly learn, retain and apply regulatory requirements into business action plans. 2.Significant participation in data analysis, report interpretation, and identifying data trends to contribute to effective strategies and action plans that support Quality Improvement and Quality Compliance activities. 3.Coordinate, prepare and monitor regulatory projects, work plans and reports to ensure all regulatory reporting is complete and submitted timely. 4.Responsible for analyzing report requests to determine users’ needs and objectives, working with Technical Analysts to correctly identify criteria to meet reporting request and ensure the delivered report is accurate, timely, and formatted appropriately. 5.Responsible for understanding of the various data sources accessible to Quality Systems for regulatory programs and serve as a facilitator in developing business requirements to support quality program activities. This requires the ability to link regulatory requirements, IEHP’s data systems and IEHP’s internal business operations to create actionable work plans that support Quality Programs. 6.Responsible for managing assigned projects and effectively communicating with the Quality Systems leadership team if any project deadlines will not be met well in advance of the project due date. 7.Perform Physical Accessibility Review Survey’s (PARS) within the IEHP Provider Network, as necessary. 8.Responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of departmental policies and procedures. 9.Responsible for contract management support, working in collaboration with key IEHP departments. 10.Research and prepare clear and concise summary reports, narratives and gap analyses on key topics, as directed. 11.Demonstrate a commitment to incorporate LEAN principles into daily work. 12.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others throughout the organization. Education & Experience Two years relative experience in business or healthcare administration, including working knowledge of data analysis, study methodology, and preparing professional document Bachelor’s degree in health care or business administration, or related field from an accreditedinstitution required Will accept Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in lieu of experience Key Qualifications Can operate in a high-paced work environment Ability to handle multiple projects.
