This is a 'hands-on' position. We expect this person's skills will grow with experience. This is an opportunity to learn and grow. We're hiring a person who fits with our company and we'll train that person. The position will always involve helping with actual construction while also helping manage the onsite people and subs. The candidate will work in the field in order to fully understand the methods and system of TEAM DDS. The candidate will act as TEAM DDS job site representative. This role will learn to be responsible for the onsite coordination and management of all site construction activities including supervising sub-contractors and coordinating with TEAM DDS Resource Manager and Project Manager to successfully complete the project on schedule, within budget, and meeting TEAM DDS quality standards. They will work on job sites, this is not a 'desk' job.

A Construction Site Technician's role is versatile and requires a mix of technical skills, physical labor, and strong communication abilities.

  • Be familiar with plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
  • Work with Project Manager, owner’s rep, architect and subcontractors to resolve any conflicts that may arise and communicate any such conflicts immediately to Project Manager
  • Communicate, implement, and enforce company safety policy as it pertains to assigned project.
  • Attend job meetings and/or any other meetings as may be required for the successful and timely completion of the project

\tCustom-built laminate cabinets with countertops of laminate and solid surface materials
\tService and Space maintenance

TEAM DDS’ work is generally located in Central Ohio with the office and shop located in Canal Winchester.
