Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in Leasing Operations: Support all aspects of leasing operations, including managing lease agreements and conducting property tours.

  3. Support Marketing Efforts: Assist in implementing marketing strategies to attract new tenants and promote our business as a premier destination for beauty professionals.
  4. Handle Administrative Tasks: Manage lease renewals, coordinate move-in/out processes, and oversee daily operations.
  5. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with management and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive environment for tenants and clients.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in Leasing, Management, HOA, or Sales.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficient in lease agreements and contract management.
  5. Strong computer skills.
