AD Susman and Associates is looking for Business Development Manager in the Staffing Industry. Manager would be responsible for the training and implementation of sales trainings and practices. Our Business Development team will sell our staffing, contractual and direct hire services.

The services that AD Susman and Associates that we provide are contract, contract to hire and provide professional head hunting services. You will partner with our clients and provide innovative and dynamic staffing workforce solutions. You will be at the forefront developing strategies to drive and capture market share for the organization. You will be accountable for increasing revenue by generating new business partnership opportunities.

What will you do daily?

 

  • Implement processes and procedure to ensure maximum growth and potential
  • Train new sales team members and ensure that values and work ethic are aligned with the companies outlook and policies.
  • Develop sales and marketing plans to meet and exceed revenue targets utilizing strategic practices and market analysis.
  • Client engagements by networking, setting up lunches and meetings.
  • Cultivate new partnerships by prospecting customers in need of staffing solutions.
  • Enhance existing partnerships with customers by identifying new and ongoing sales opportunities.
  • Generate and respond to leads for new business.
  • Networking to foster relationships through attending conferences, meetings, and other network opportunities.
  • Industry expertise – Staying abreast of market trends, industry developments analysis for company growth.
  • Collaboration with Management, staffing and recruiting teams to create and drive sales action plans.
  • Work across teams to execute sales goals and exceed client expectations.

Pay Range:

  • Base salary with experience starts at about $75, 000 DOE plus+
  • Uncapped and competitive commission structure
  • Quarterly and end of year bonuses

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of business-to-business staffing or recruiting sales experience.
  • Experience in client management and relationship building.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Finely tuned communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
