Opportunities available all shifts.


Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Duties include:

  • Develop, review, and update individualized interdisciplinary care plans.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician following policies and procedures.
  • Safely use specialized clinical equipment and implement nursing care procedures.
  • Effectively communicate to assure continuity of care and efficiency in work responsibilities.
  • Accurately document using Point Click Care electronic health records system.
  • Ability to professionally and politely interact with fellow Foxdale Team members, residents, and residents’ family members

This position offers:

  • Competitive Rate of Pay within a team oriented work environment
  • Shift Differentials
  • Time and half pay for holidays, which include New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
  • Licensed to practice nursing in the state of Pennsylvania as a Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Possess or have the ability to obtain a valid CPR card.
