Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of real estate development projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise.
  • Track project expenses and assist in budget management.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the project team, such as scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining project files.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Coordinator or administrative role in real estate development or construction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with real estate development processes, including zoning, permitting, and entitlements.
  • Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green building certifications.
