We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Executive Chef to join our team. As a leader in healthcare dining services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our clients.

The Regional Executive Chef will be a strategic partner, culinary and hospitality expert, and trusted advisor to our teams. You will be responsible for teaching, training, and developing district and account managers in menu implementation, culinary standards, and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with Directors of Operations to establish training priorities.

•    Train leadership teams on culinary hospitality and healthcare environment standards.

•    Provide culinary training for facility cooks on techniques, food handling, and recipe adherence.

•    Regularly meet with culinary employees and leaders to offer feedback and support professional development.

•    Support and coordinate training programs.

•    Identify advancement opportunities for successful managers.

•    Participate in recruiting and orientation of culinary leaders, building relationships with local Culinary Schools.

•    Implement and enforce policies and procedures.

•    Maintain compliance with standards, client contracts, and regulatory requirements.

 

Qualifications:

•    Associate’s degree in culinary arts or 10+ years of Executive Chef-level experience.

•    Experience in culinary education and healthcare dining service preferred.

•    Strong culinary skills with the ability to train a diverse workforce.

•    Knowledge of nutrition and ability to interpret nutrient analysis of patient meals.

•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Knowledge of quantity food production, food safety, and sanitation.

•    Proven leadership and organizational skills, with experience in P&L and budget management.

•    Ability to travel as required and relocate if necessary.

•    Must provide a criminal background check and valid driver’s license.

•    Compliance with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies as required.
