  • Onboarding: Conduct background checks and assist with first-day procedures.

  • Recruiting: Conduct phone screens, draft offer letters, and support the recruitment process.
  • Administrative Support: Serve as an administrative catch-all for the HR department.

  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and address concerns.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate employee development plans and manage performance evaluations.


What You Need to Succeed:
