- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll for 25 employees using ADP (training provided).
- Onboarding: Conduct background checks and assist with first-day procedures.
- ADP Ticket System: Act as the liaison between employees and ADP, monitoring and addressing issues.
- Recruiting: Conduct phone screens, draft offer letters, and support the recruitment process.
- Administrative Support: Serve as an administrative catch-all for the HR department.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, ensuring smooth administration and communication.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and address concerns.
- Performance Management: Coordinate employee development plans and manage performance evaluations.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Strong administrative skills.
- High level of confidentiality and maturity.
