Are you a driven sales professional passionate about healthcare innovation? Discern1 is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team and help distribute breakthrough medical products that are setting new standards in healthcare.

We are seeking dedicated Sales Account Executives to spearhead the sales and distribution of our cutting-edge products across healthcare facilities in the US. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional eager to make a significant impact in the medical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the medical sector.
  • Conduct market analysis to actively identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Arrange and attend appointments with potential and existing customers, presenting our products and demonstrating how they meet their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close purchase agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients’ satisfaction.
  • Prospect and contact potential customers, build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare professionals and facility decision-makers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure clients receive timely updates on new developments.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development, sales activities and revenue, providing valuable feedback internally.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

​Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the medical healthcare sector
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • High degree of self-motivation and independence, with the capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Travel may be required to meet clients, attend conferences, and lead product presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Medical Sciences, or related field, or 7+ years of experience in a Healthcare setting
  • 3-5 years previous experience in medical supply sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Experience with Microsoft365, Teams
  • Ability to build strong rapport with clients
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Healthcare Professional in Nursing or related highly preferred
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders in Healthcare organizations
  • Experience with developing strong sales strategy and leveraging social media

Compensation:

  • Competitive commission structure with high earning potential based on sales performance.
