Seeking a detail-oriented computer savvy individual for a contract Data Operations Specialist for financial industry.

What you Get:

  •        Contract Role
  •        $18 an hour
  •        Train onsite and then remote
  •        Training Schedule

o   6a- 2p OR 3p-11p

o   Training on weekends will be required

  •        Post training schedule

o   Four 10 hours shifts must be available weekends on a monthly rotation

What you will do:

You are responsible for entering information supplied by other departments into the company’s computer system, completing daily processing tasks in a timely manner, following all quality assurance processes and procedure and other duties as required.

More Details:

  •        Process reports and follow daily run sheets.
  •        Compare the cardholder data on the application against the production system and credit system.
  •        Process debit card, paper checks, and online payments.
  •        Import payment files, handle payment images and any payment errors.
  •        Complete repetitive data entry with minimal mistakes.

 

Skills that will make you successful:

  •        Must be able to prioritize, organize and complete tasks efficiently.
  •        Team player with exceptional attention to detail.
  •        Reasonable Microsoft Office Skills.
  •        Understand how a checking account works.
  •        Understand accounting principles of debits and credits.
