MAGGIE'S RESTAURANT - a mainstay of Westminster, MD is currently interviewing for the position of FOH/Kitchen Manager. We need a great leader, an operations specialist, people expert, and a business savvy professional. Proficiency in both the Kitchen and FOH Operations is required.

The Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, engagement, and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food, beverage, dining room, and kitchen supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are highly satisfied with their dining experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Primary responsibilities include: Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant (both dining room and kitchen) and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service.
You will be expected to achieve goals in all areas related to Food Excellence, People Engagement & Retention, Profit Sustainability & Growth, and Operations Efficiency. All this to achieve one of our core Guiding Principles: WE ARE HOSPITALITY.
If you are an experienced GM (or even an AGM who simply hasn't gotten their shot yet), please apply Banquet experience is a plus as we have a private dining space.
Toast, Margin Edge, and general restaurant systems experience is also a plus (payroll, workers comp, cost management, kitchen management, inventory, sanitation, etc).
