Flatrate Moving® is seeking a Confirmation Specialist to assist in the Confirmation Department. Qualified candidate must have a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Confirm all details of booked moves directly with customers to minimize errors and ensure quality service;
- Communicate with the Sales and Operations Departments regarding any changes and details prior to the moves;
- Contact building management(s) for booked moves to provide all required documents such as certificate of insurance ("COI's"), indemnity agreement and vendor contracts; and
- Respond to all internal emails in a timely manner.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Detail oriented and organized;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and excel in high pressured environment;
- Flexible working schedule including weekends;
- Experience with Microsoft Office; and
- Must be able to work deadlines and under pressure.
