This individual will be high energy, hard working, organized and detail oriented and will have the opportunity to grow with our company into the future.

Responsibilities:

This individual will work closely with our Administrative Coordinator and will support processes in all departments which will include the following types of functions:

  • Data entry
  • Mail handling
  • Making outbound calls
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Correspond by email with clients and consumers
  • Some basic bookkeeping functions
  • Updating company tracking reports

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
  • Prior related experience is not necessary, but is a plus
  • At least 40 words per minute typing speed
  • Must have basic computer operating skills including a working knowledge of the following applications:
    • Google Docs and Google Sheets
    • Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
    • Adobe Acrobat
    • Google Email
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
