We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Prescription Services Specialist I to join our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to interpret requests, apply deductive reasoning, and respond with tailored information. This role involves making outbound calls to pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and patients regarding medications. The candidate must be computer literate and capable of learning and adapting to changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and respond to requests with accurate and catered information.
  • Make outbound calls to pharmacies, doctor’s offices, and patients to discuss medication-related inquiries.
  • Utilize deductive reasoning to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ensure requests are sent to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  • Adapt to new technologies and changing work environments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
