Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Hire, train, and manage multiple crews and subcontractors, coordinating with them to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations, and oversee job site quality control.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction, making quick decisions to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Review contracts with customers for accuracy and assist with the preparation of material lists for advance ordering.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients, providing regular updates on project status and ensuring their expectations are met.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards, overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in residential remodeling construction.
- Proven experience as a Field Manager, Construction Supervisor, or similar role in residential construction remodeling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
