Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Field Specialist/Technician to support our Integrated Facilities Solutions team in our Roseville, CA office. The ideal candidate will be trained to perform a variety of tasks, including onsite liaison, balcony inspection and drilling, and data compilation and organization.

Responsibilities
  • Complete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget
  • Communicate with subject site representatives
  • Compile and organize data
  • Travel regularly to job sites throughout the region for single day or multiple day trips
  • Conduct site reconnaissance, including sampling activities if necessary
  • Communicate project progress and issues with the Project Manager
  • Maintain communication with team members throughout the project
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan
  • Identify and resolve issues with projects
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Self-starter with minimal direction to determine steps needed to complete field tasks
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
  • Proven ability to deliver a quality product on time
  • Satisfactory writing skills
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team
  • Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Qualifications
  • Previous field technician experience preferred
  • Willingness to learn and earn appropriate certifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to travel locally to regionally 90% of the time
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in person and over the phone
  • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens
  • Requires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. of equipment and carry to job site
Compensation

The reasonably expected base salary for this role is $24-$26/hour. The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors, including skill sets, experience, and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program, which is dependent on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
