As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a passionate and outgoing individual to join our team as a Face-to-Face Brand Ambassador.

Position Overview: As a Face-to-Face Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of ASMC, representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will engage with potential customers in various settings, such as events, retail locations, and community gatherings, to promote our products/services and drive sales through in-person interactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Interact with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner, creating a positive and lasting impression of the brand.
  2. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
  3. Sales Generation: Actively approach and engage with individuals to drive sales and achieve set targets through effective communication and persuasion.
  4. Brand Representation: Uphold the company's image and values at all times, serving as a true ambassador for our brand.
  5. Event Participation: Represent the brand at various events, trade shows, and retail locations, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.
  6. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in face-to-face sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for building connections.
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
  5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks.
  6. Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus.
