Pay Rate: $54.00 - $59.15/hour | Based on Experience

Duration: 12 Months | Potential to Convert

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 40/hr

Location: Hybrid | Approved Locations | Austin, TX, New York, NY, and Lehi, UT

OVERVIEW:

The Total Rewards Operations Analyst will be at the intersection of all Global Rewards functions (Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility), enhancing the team by supporting vendor management, project management, presentation development, reporting, and data collection and leading cross-functional projects with business requirements driven by one of the Rewards functions and partner with other teams across EX (HR), including ERC, Business Partners, Employee Communications, Procurement & Supplier Management, and TechOps.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the vendor relationship with our global benefit administration platform, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendor contacts to ensure the system meets the business's needs.
  • Support global and regional benefit program managers with the operational components of their programs within the system.
  • Manage projects and resources required to deliver, including managing the timeline, resource allocation, and client expectations.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver project plans.
  • Keep the project team informed of risks, weaknesses, or opportunities that could impact the project's success and escalate to upper management as appropriate.
  • Recommend changes/adaptations to the project plan based on changing data or conditions.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of project status.
  • Hold team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track open issues and escalate to management to determine the impact on decisions and negotiate trade-offs.
  • Develop PowerPoint slides or presentations for projects and other ad hoc requests.
  • Process assigned Workday tasks.
  • Support other Rewards Operation Team members on projects that may include, but are not limited to: SLA metric reporting, system testing, and gathering data and metrics.

SKILLS:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong project management and expectation management skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing multiple projects with overlapping schedules and diverse stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years of human resource experience.
  • Experience working with a global benefit administration platform (i.e. Darwin).
  • Experience with international benefit programs.
  • Professional experience in a project management role preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred.
  • Experience compiling, analyzing, and reporting employee and vendor metrics.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, finance/accounting, communications, business, information sciences, or a related field preferred.
