Job DescriptionJob Description

- **Administrative Tasks:** Handle rent collections, bank deposits, lease agreements, lease renewals, and manage lease expiration and late notices. Prepare and manage eviction paperwork and communicate with attorneys as needed.

- **Vendor Coordination:** Contact and coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff to ensure all property issues are addressed promptly.

- **Marketing & Listings:** Manage property marketing, including taking pictures and creating listings on platforms such as Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and Craigslist..

- **Software Proficiency:** Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for financial tracking, data management, and record-keeping.

- **Property Oversight:** Monitor the property to ensure maintenance issues are identified and resolved.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.

- Experience with social media marketing and online listings.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to handle sensitive tenant and legal information with discretion.
