We are seeking an Office Assistant to join us.  This is a part-time position (4 hours a day).  You will perform a series of clerical and administrative functions on a daily basis in order to support the Administrative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Meeting Agendas and related documents
  • Prepare and keep detailed log of Parking and Pool passes
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or condominium office
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
