The Retail Operations primary goal is to assist employees through identifying issues, training, training material and creating tools to resolve issues with industry best practices. This position takes a lead role in creating an outstanding client service experience and assisting the Retail/Operations staff become consistent in how we complete our daily tasks. The Retail Operations position reinforces the Bank’s commitment to consistently deliver a high-quality client experience through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with colleagues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. Evaluates training needs of the Retail staff and offers specific guidance. This position would direct and manage ongoing Retail training.
  2. Effectively communicates with Bank staff to gain an understanding of needs.
  3. Assist in providing consistent and efficient best practices for retail branch operations.
  4. Adhering to written policies and procedures that reflect the goals and objectives of the Bank and governing bodies
  5. Change existing and create new procedures for retail that are current and can be expanded to assist the bank staff.
  6. Create and use training material for each procedure to assist employees. The continual goal for this position is to identify training opportunities and develop and provide the proper tools and procedures.
  7. Maintain a “pipeline” of training opportunities.
  8. Maintain a training schedule.
  9. Maintains a log of all training and tasks that are completed.
  10. Compiles and reports bank data as required by management.
  11. Reinforces the Bank’s commitment to consistently deliver a high-quality client experience through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved clients and colleagues.
  12. Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.


ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

The incumbent in the course of performing this position spends time writing, typing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 20 pounds), driving, carrying, seeing (such as close, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and adjusted focus), sitting, pulling, walking, standing, squatting, kneeling and reaching.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to different environments, and unpredictable situations.
  • Detail oriented, able to multi-task.
