Part time position: 20-25 hours per week, 3 days per week 

  •       Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  •      Carry out the responsibility delegated by project managers or owner.
  •      Run errands, including: Post office, office supplies, delivering and of documents as needed.
  •      Design, implement and maintain filing system
  •      Meeting Minutes: Record and distribute project and corporate meeting minutes  
  •      Collect, process, and distribute mail daily. Manage postage and send out mail as needed. 
  •      Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  •      Answer phones and route as necessary.
  •     Assist construction teams with items that need to go with the project Superintendent including: SDS Binder, Project specific safety manual, etc. 
  •    Ensure that all addresses and phone numbers are kept current in Procore and on the server.  Create contact lists for each new project.  Update Subcontractor / Vendor phone lists at the start of each new project.  Ensure that copies of lists are distributed to all project personnel.
  •   Process Credit Applications, process subcontractor invoices and collect certified pay rolls.

Qualifications

  •      At least 1 year of experience working in the construction industry as an Office Manager.
  •      Full knowledge of computer Microsoft software, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  •      Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •      Good oral and written communication skills.
  •     Has mode of transportation with some traveling required.

Hourly pay $18.00-$24.00 depending on experience.
