About Ontech Systems: Ontech Systems is a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager of Business Development to spearhead our growth initiatives and lead our sales team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from prospecting to close, leveraging deep product knowledge to meet customer needs creatively.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop the business development team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Utilize our CRM system to streamline operations and maintain high standards of team performance, aligning with Ontech Systems mission and values.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Engage in cross-functional meetings and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
  • Innovative Marketing: Collaborate with marketing to refine go-to-market strategies and manage key relationships.

Core KPIs & Metrics:

  • Daily: Engage with 30-40 prospects to nurture and advance leads.
  • Monthly: Secure 8-10 completed sales meetings and achieve an average customer MRR of $3,000 or above.
  • Annual: Drive an annual MRR growth of $1.2M.
