  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding work to be done and adherence to timelines to complete work
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem solving skills and excellent customer service skills a must
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
  • Must keep accurate and detailed work logs
  • Possess excellent time management skills

Skills:

  • Proficient in installation, maintenance and repair of automatic doors
  • Problem solving and excellent customer service skills a must
  • Capable of performing heavy lifting and manual labor as necessary
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding work needed and timelines for completion of work
  • Familiarity with power tools and their safe operation
  • Basic locksmithing skills are advantageous

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
