Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent for our trucking company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruiting drivers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Driver Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize various recruitment methods to source and attract qualified truck drivers, including online job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
  2. Candidate Screening and Selection: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for available positions.
  3. Driver Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new drivers, including completing necessary paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
