Vaco Recruiter Services is looking for a Treasury Associate to join a prominent Professional Service Company.

This position will be Hybrid and will report directly to the Director of Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all treasury functions for the organization’s various locations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly cash balance reports for multiple bank accounts and facilitate cash movements between these accounts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries while reconciling month-end balance sheet accounts with supporting documentation.
- Assist in the issuance and management of credit instruments, including Letters of Credit, Bonds, and Guarantees.
- Manage deliverables associated with various financing arrangements, swap agreements, and more.
- Provide analytical support to senior management.
- Aid in cash flow forecasting and contribute to special projects as required.

Monitor banking transactions to identify any irregularities and execute fund transfers according to established cash management protocols, while investigating and resolving cash-related discrepancies.

- Support the updating of cash flow projections across different business units.
- Liaise with multiple banking institutions for new account setups and ongoing account management.
- Conduct thorough investigations and follow-ups on all cash-related discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Power Query is advantageous.
