XFINIO, LLC designs, manufactures and supports advanced separations technologies that optimize the performance of mission critical fluid processing operations in the Energy and Industrial OEM sectors.  We are currently seeking an Accounting/Customer Support Specialist that will interface closely with Accounting, Operations, customers, and vendors.  The Support Specialist is a highly motivated professional who coordinates and strives for continuous improvement initiatives and drives improvements with great attention to detail. 

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Accounts Payable processing; support the accurate and timely tracking of expenses by processing invoices and allocating expenses to the appropriate accounts
  • Support processing for associate expense reporting activity as needed
  • Maintain and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles and ensure documentation is current and accurate
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Answer incoming customer service calls/emails and resolve all questions, requests, and changes
  • Work with accounting to set up and maintain customer accounts
  • Work with manufacturing to coordinate shipping schedules and perform shipping, receiving, and purchasing duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases
  • Good business acumen with ability to work with and motivate accounting team and the ability to work cross functionally
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal
  • Must be able to prioritize responsibilities to manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, strong mathematical and analytical skills a must
  • Exceptional customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and multi-task
  • Experience with Kinetic is a plus
  • Ability to work in a rapidly growing, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
