Job DescriptionJob Description

PrideNow is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Handler to join our dynamic team. This role involves various tasks related to picking, packing, and shipping product orders in a fast-paced environment. Work is performed adjacent to conveyors that move products through different stations, with assignments rotating weekly.

 

Job Type: Contract

Shifts: Day shift (7am to 3:30pm, M-F) and Night shift (4pm to 3:30am, M-F)

Pay range: $14-15/hr.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Audit and verify order contents, unpacking and repacking cartons as needed.

·         Add packing materials (dunnage) to ensure safe shipment of goods.

·         Perform picking and packing tasks using goods-to-person automation and manual methods.

·         Replenish cartons at the unit level and ensure accurate packing following established procedures.

·         Use computer audit stations to identify and correct picking errors.

·         Operate in a team environment, maintaining standard productivity levels.

·         Follow all safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

·         Assist with training new employees and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Ability to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.

·         Comfortable working in an indoor warehouse environment with temperature ranges between 60-80 degrees.

·         Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving products.

Work Environment:

·         Shift: 8 hours with the possibility of overtime/weekend work.

·         Breaks: One 20-minute break and one 30-minute lunch break for an 8-hour shift.

·         Personal Protective Equipment: Gloves, steel-toe shoes, and safety glasses may be required.
