Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Counter Sales Associate to join our Bristol, CT Branch Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their electrical needs, providing expert advice and support.
  • Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to grow our business.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and improve overall branch performance.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving and stocking inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the electrical industry is a plus, but not required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
