Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Individual Donor Base Growth Specialist to join our team. As a 1099 contractor, you will play a crucial role in expanding our donor base and enhancing our fundraising efforts. If you have experience in donor cultivation, social media engagement, and a passion for nonprofit work, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Donor Cultivation: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with individual donors who align with our mission. Develop personalized strategies to increase donor retention and contributions.
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and execute social media campaigns to raise awareness about Fresh Start’s initiatives. Utilize platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn to connect with potential donors and share impactful stories.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content (posts, articles, videos) that resonates with our audience. Highlight success stories, impact metrics, and the importance of individual contributions.
  • Data Analytics: Monitor donor engagement metrics, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize fundraising efforts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our communications team, board members, and volunteers to align messaging and maximize outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or related field.
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with donors.
  • Self-Motivated: As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule and priorities.
  • Passion for Impact: A genuine commitment to our cause and a desire to make a difference.

Compensation:

This is a contract position with competitive compensation based on experience and results. As a 1099 contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours. You will be compensated $40 an hour for 25 hours a work per month.

A church member who was a retired carpenter supervised the building process and a small work force grew rapidly into a nonprofit, as a number local organizations and individuals asked us to build them various products.
