Job Summary: Seeking an Electrical Installer to support operations at our Arvin, CA facility. This role involves completing electrical tasks within the factory, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with standards. Reporting to the Production & Quality Manager, the Electrical Installer will collaborate across teams to optimize production outcomes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Install electrical wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures & switches, circuit breakers, and interpret electrical drawings.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations (OSHA), environmental standards, and company policies.
- Adhere to Quality Manual, building codes, and relevant regulations (HCD FBH 314).
- Assemble Plant Modules and Panels using best practices and SOPs.
- Follow approved plans and shop drawings, maintaining quality standards.
- Minimize waste and adhere to quality assurance procedures.
- Identify and propose operational improvements for leaner processes.
- Prioritize health, safety, sustainability, and environmental considerations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- 5+ years of electrical installation experience, ideally in residential or modular construction.
- Proficiency in reading electrical blueprints, diagrams, and codes.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and scheduling.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Effective time and resource management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with urgency.
- Collaboration and coordination skills.
- Competency with high-speed equipment while ensuring safety.
- Personal integrity, credibility, and dedication.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50lbs and perform manual tasks.
