Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee day to day operations of the job (Residential Roof Replacement)
  • Oversee safety & code regulations on site
  • Responsible for relaying job progress updates to superintendent
  • Documenting job progress from start to completion of job
  • Pick up additional job material and deliver to crew on site
  • Report a summary of notes throughout the job
  • Communicate with County Inspectors to coordinate inspections

Site Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of construction experience a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and attitude
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Familiar with Florida Building Code
  • Basic level of computer proficiency
  • Good driving record *Company Vehicle provided to use to and from job sites. Company Vehicle will report back to office after every shift*
