Superintendent Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the job (Residential Roof Replacement)
• Oversee safety & code regulations on-site.
• Order materials for each assigned project.
• Maintain timelines for the job and ensure crew schedule is abided by.
• Communicate timelines with staff and homeowners.
• Responsible for relaying job progress updates to management.
• Documenting job progress from start to completion of job.
• Pick up additional job material and deliver to crew on site.
• Schedule delivery and pickup of dumpsters.
• Report a summary of notes throughout the job.
• Communicate with County Inspectors to coordinate inspections.

Assistant Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications

• 2-3 years of construction experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and attitude
• Bilingual is a plus
• Familiar with Florida Building Code.
• Computer proficiency
• Good driving record *Company Vehicle provided to use to and from job sites. Company Vehicle will report back to office after every shift*
