MangoRx is a new men’s health and wellness company dedicated to developing, marketing, and selling a variety of men’s wellness products and services via a telemedicine platform that connects consumers to licensed healthcare professionals.

 

We are seeking a talented and engaging Social Media Specialist to join the MangoRx team.

 

MangoRx’s Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating original and engaging content that aligns with the company’s overall brand and goals. You will produce and manage custom promotional roadmaps as well as execute Mango’s social media strategy from day-to-day posting, engagement, analytics, and reporting. You will ensure MangoRx’s image and brand are consistent throughout all online platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat) as well as be expected to grow online presence and drive website traffic.

 

The role requires a resourceful hands-on social media maven who always keeps the brand top of mind, as well as a skilled communicator and self-starter who works cross-departmentally to complete or pivot on initiatives quickly.

 

You’ll know you’re the right person for this job if:

  • You have in-depth knowledge of multiple social media platforms

  • You have expertise in creating and curating high-quality content that resonates with target audiences and organically increases engagement (likes, comments, shares)

  • You have experience in driving organic social media campaigns that attract and grow followers exponentially

  • You can write clever and witty marketing copy for social media posts

  • You are an out-of-the-box thinker who can develop innovative campaigns that express the company’s views creatively

  • You are comfortable responding to social media mentions, messages, and customer comments in a timely and professional manner

  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can easily work across departments (internal and external) to accomplish your tasks

  • You are extremely organized and execute like a pro with a proven track record of managing multiple social channels

  • You love diving into the data and assessing KPIs to better understand and define targeted audiences

  • You love juggling and multitasking (who wants to be bored?)

  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the work done

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand work environment

  • You have prior experience in engaging and establishing relationships with social influencers

  • You’re a team player who can work both collaboratively and independently

 

Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Own the day-to-day posting and growth strategy for all of MangoRx’s social media channels (current and future)

  • Create digital assets to implement organic social media posts and campaigns with the ultimate goal of increasing brand awareness and driving website traffic

  • Manage all social media coverage and requirements for all company events and sponsored events

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 4+ years of experience as a social media specialist

  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms a nd proven record of growing online audiences

  • Knowledge of social media management tools like Later, HootSuite, or Sprout Social is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to explain and inform decisions
