This is a Full-Time Employee (W2) Position.

Qualifications:
- 2 + Years in Logistics Sales. 3PL sales a plus.
- Candidates should be living in Michigan, Ohio, or Indiana
- Working knowledge of LTL, Truckload, and Expedited Freight Transportation
- The ability to comfortably present the TFWW software to current, and potential customers
- Proactively contact current and potential customers with logistics solutions
- Must possess excellent organizational skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Be able to analyze accounts and provide competitive solutions to secure business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Transportation Services Offered to Customers:
- Transportation Management Software (TMS)

- Expedite (Ground and Air)
- International (Air and Ocean) Import and Export

Responsibilities of the Freight Transportation Sales Professional:
- Professionally represent Superior Logistics Solutions and TFWW via phone, e-mail, social media, and in-person to businesses that are looking for a freight transportation services partner.
- Self-generating leads through various outreach efforts such as creative online networking efforts (Webinars, LinkedIn, etc.) and by building customer referral relationships.
- Comfortable with traditional live sales meetings, participating in networking events, local events, and other community-based business-building strategies.
- Educating customers on using our propriety TFWW Connect software to help them realize the value of the financial and time saving benefits that TFWW offers as a superior freight transportation solutions provider.
- Assisting customers in entering shipments into our online transportation management system (TMS), if necessary, and refers customers to our local office operational team for additional support.
- Understanding each customer’s unique freight shipping needs.
- Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on account specific pricing as well as previous and current shipping alternatives.
- Regular communication with SLS ownership and with our team of support professionals.
- Be a true account manager.
First Year Earnings Expectations: $70K - $100K+
