Marketing Compliance Associate

Job Summary:

A Marketing Compliance associate works on a small team along with the department director to help ensure company compliance with all applicable marketing regulations.

 

Department Responsibilities Include:

  • Complete compliance proofing and reviews for marketing publications across all media channels
  • Coordinate and communicate updates to marketing forms and printed materials
  • Receive and respond to consumer privacy inquiries
  • Cross-train other company associates on privacy requirements
  • Prepare written communication explaining updates to Lincoln Heritage home office associates and insurance agents
  • Create and maintain documentation of various procedures and protocols
  • Participate in projects of varying sizes that relate to department responsibilities

 

Required Skills:

  • Able to work independently and on a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Completes work on time and with a high level of accuracy
  • Can organize both one-time and recurring responsibilities
  • Hybrid Schedule available following training (Split time at Headquarters and Remote)
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - M-F
